Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: Jan 05, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website briefingint.ca and all products, quotations, and services provided by Briefing International. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

⸻

Company Information

Briefing International is a manufacturer and supplier of safety workwear apparel and related goods. All products are manufactured upon order, based on customer requirements.

⸻

Custom Orders & Manufacturing

  • All products are custom-made according to the specifications provided by the client.
  • Once the production process starts, the order cannot be cancelled or modified, because materials and labor are already allocated.
  • The customer is responsible for reviewing all product specifications, sizing, artwork, design approvals, and purchase orders before confirming.

⸻

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices provided in quotations are based on order specifications, quantity, and material selection.
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed terms before production or shipment.
  • Any additional costs (like special packaging, expedited shipping, taxes, duties, etc.) will be billed to the client.

⸻

No Refund / No Return Policy

Since all items are manufactured on a custom basis, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

However, if the product is damaged during transit or has a clear manufacturing defect that is proven and verified, we will work with the customer to resolve the matter within reasonable limits (repair, replacement, or credit — depending on the situation).

This will be evaluated case by case.

⸻

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, customs clearance, and logistics situations.
  • Briefing International is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, strikes, or force majeure events.
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer when the goods are handed to the shipping carrier.

⸻

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, logos, and website content belong to Briefing International unless otherwise specified. Unauthorized copying or use is strictly prohibited.

⸻

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Briefing International is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profit, or goodwill.

⸻

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates (Pakistan, unless otherwise specified in the contract).
